The Baron's Bloodbag

This Unique bloodbag is named for the Baron Harkonnen. During one of his infrequent visits to Arrakis, he had a group of Fremen sacrificed in Carthag, and then hung bags full of their blood in public places throughout the city - daring others to come and try to reclaim their water.
