Scipio's Drinker

Scipio the warlord liked to draw blood from his enemies during torture. He created this Unique kindjal based on one he had stolen in the Southern Hagga Basin. Made of more advanced materials, this kindjal works on the same principle — small grooves feed blood into the hilt which can be emptied into a waiting container.
