Seb's Kisser

Seb was a veteran of the Kytheria, that came down in the Hagga Rift. With a few survivors, Seb was able to escape the rift and overtake a small slaver cave near the edge of the rift. This Unique high-capacity disruptor was a part of his success — though it is said that he later traded the secret of manufacturing them to Smiley Tyg at the Anvil Tradepost.
